Terms of Service

By accessing or using Quazzar Space (available at app.quazzar.space) or any associated services operated by Quazzar Space, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to that entity. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the platform. These Terms apply to all users of Quazzar Space, including users on free and paid plans.

Quazzar Space is a cloud infrastructure management platform that allows users to map, monitor, and automate their cloud infrastructure across multiple providers, including AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, Hetzner, OVH, and DigitalOcean. Core capabilities include interactive infrastructure visualization, cost tracking and estimation, service monitoring integrations, Ansible-based automation scheduling, role-based access control, and policy enforcement. Quazzar Space offers a free tier, paid subscription plans, and enterprise pricing. An interactive 30-minute demo environment is available without registration. Quazzar Space reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or enhance any aspect of the service at any time, with reasonable notice provided for material changes affecting paid subscribers.

To access most features of Quazzar Space beyond the interactive demo, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify Quazzar Space at [email protected] of any unauthorized use of your account or any breach of security. Quazzar Space will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use Quazzar Space. Accounts may not be transferred to another party without prior written consent from Quazzar Space.

You may use Quazzar Space solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform to: (a) violate any applicable local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation; (b) transmit or store any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other user accounts, or related systems or networks; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or its underlying infrastructure; (e) use automated means, including scrapers or bots, to access the platform in a manner that places unreasonable load on servers or exceeds normal usage patterns; (f) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of Quazzar Space; (g) resell or sublicense access to the platform without written authorization from Quazzar Space; or (h) use the platform to store or process regulated personal health information unless you have obtained applicable Enterprise plan compliance provisions and executed any required data processing agreements. Quazzar Space reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of this section.

Quazzar Space requires you to connect credentials for your cloud provider accounts (such as AWS IAM keys, GCP service account keys, or Azure service principals) to enable infrastructure discovery and management features. All cloud provider credentials you submit are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption with dedicated per-account encryption keys and are transmitted exclusively over TLS 1.3. Credentials are never stored in plaintext and are used solely to perform the infrastructure mapping, cost estimation, monitoring, and automation services you have explicitly configured within Quazzar Space. Quazzar Space personnel do not access your credentials except as strictly necessary for troubleshooting at your explicit request. You remain solely responsible for the scope of permissions granted to credentials you connect and for ensuring those credentials comply with your cloud provider's policies. We strongly recommend following the principle of least privilege when configuring credentials for use with Quazzar Space.

You retain full ownership of all infrastructure data, configurations, and metadata you input into or generate through Quazzar Space. This includes service maps, environment definitions, cost data, Ansible playbooks, and any other content you create or import. Quazzar Space does not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You may export your data in JSON format at any time from within the platform. You may also request full deletion of your account data by contacting [email protected]. Upon a valid deletion request, Quazzar Space will delete your personal and infrastructure data from active systems within 30 days, subject to any retention obligations required by applicable law or necessary for billing dispute resolution. Quazzar Space may use aggregated and anonymized platform usage data to improve the service; such data cannot identify you or your infrastructure.

Quazzar Space offers a free tier and paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis, with pricing published at quazzar.space/pricing. Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe, and by subscribing you authorize Quazzar Space to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the applicable rate. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated at the time of purchase. Upgrades to a higher plan take effect immediately and are prorated for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for any period already paid. If a payment fails, Quazzar Space may suspend access to your account after providing reasonable notice. Enterprise customers may arrange custom invoicing with terms agreed upon in a separate order form. Quazzar Space reserves the right to change subscription pricing with at least 30 days' written notice to affected subscribers.

Quazzar Space commits to a 99.9% monthly uptime target for Quazzar Space on Enterprise plans, measured against the core platform at app.quazzar.space and excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance. Current platform status is available at quazzar.space/status. In the event of uptime falling below the guaranteed threshold in a calendar month, eligible Enterprise customers may request service credits as defined in their applicable enterprise agreement or order form. Service credits are the sole and exclusive remedy for service availability failures. The 99.9% uptime commitment does not apply to Free, Starter, Team, or Business plans, though Quazzar Space endeavors to maintain high availability across all tiers. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance where practicable.

Quazzar Space, including all software, design, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, documentation, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Quazzar Space and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including those of Canada and British Columbia. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in Quazzar Space beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the platform or its content, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, unless permitted by applicable law or with Quazzar Space's express written consent. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to Quazzar Space regarding the platform may be used by Quazzar Space without restriction or compensation.

Quazzar Space's collection and use of personal information in connection with Quazzar Space is governed by the Quazzar Space Privacy Policy, available at quazzar.space/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Quazzar Space, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Quazzar Space operates in compliance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia and the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada, and adheres to GDPR and CCPA principles in the design of the platform.

QUAZZOPS IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. QUAZZAR SPACE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED. QUAZZAR SPACE DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY COST ESTIMATES, INFRASTRUCTURE MAPS, OR AI-GENERATED RECOMMENDATIONS PROVIDED THROUGH THE PLATFORM. YOU RELY ON SUCH OUTPUTS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IN WHICH CASE THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS MAY APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, QUAZZAR SPACE, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE, OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF QUAZZOPS, EVEN IF QUAZZAR SPACE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL QUAZZAR SPACE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF QUAZZOPS EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO QUAZZAR SPACE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED CANADIAN DOLLARS (CAD $100). THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND SHALL SURVIVE TERMINATION OF THESE TERMS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quazzar Space, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of Quazzar Space in a manner not authorized by these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights; or (d) the credentials, data, or content you submit to the platform. Quazzar Space reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you.

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by these Terms at any time. You may terminate by closing your account through your account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Quazzar Space may suspend or terminate your access to Quazzar Space immediately and without prior notice if you materially breach these Terms, if continued provision of the service becomes unlawful, or if Quazzar Space decides to discontinue the platform. Upon termination, your right to use Quazzar Space ceases immediately. Sections 6, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, and 17 survive termination. Following termination, Quazzar Space will retain your data for up to 30 days, after which it will be deleted except as required by law.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or the use of Quazzar Space shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Subject to the dispute resolution process set out in Section 16, you irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia for the resolution of any dispute that proceeds to litigation.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the dispute. Quazzar Space will attempt to respond within 15 business days. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of that initial contact, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered under the Arbitration Act (British Columbia), with proceedings conducted in English in Vancouver, British Columbia. Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights or unauthorized use of the platform. Nothing in this section limits your rights to file a complaint with the applicable privacy commissioner or regulatory authority under Canadian privacy law.

Quazzar Space may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable law, or business practices. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted at quazzar.space/terms with a revised effective date. For material changes, Quazzar Space will provide at least 30 days' advance notice to registered users via the email address on your account or through a prominent in-app notification. Your continued use of Quazzar Space after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable order form or enterprise agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quazzar Space with respect to Quazzar Space and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter. A waiver by either party of any breach of any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
